Meadow Bags (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what
personal information we collect through www.meadowbags.co.za, why we collect it, and what
rights you have under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect, and why
Quote requests
When you submit the quote request form we collect your name, email address, telephone
number, the products you are interested in and anything you write in the message field. We
use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to supply you with a quotation. We do not
sell it, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Website analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find
and use the site — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, and which
devices they use. This is reported to us in aggregate. We have IP anonymisation in effect
and we do not use analytics to identify individuals.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use two kinds:
- Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the site to function, including
remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off. - Analytics cookies. Set by Google Analytics. These are optional and are
switched off until you accept them.
You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of
every page, or by clearing the cookies your browser has stored for this site. Withdrawing
consent is as easy as giving it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. If you accept analytics cookies, information is
processed by Google LLC as our analytics provider, which may involve transfer outside South
Africa. Quote request details are handled by us and by our email provider in order to
deliver the message to us.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record
keeping obligations, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’
standard retention period.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it
corrected or deleted, to object to how we process it, and to withdraw any consent you have
given. To exercise any of these, email

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may lodge a
complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa):
